Refund policy

At The Rug Land, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your rug, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized rugs
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Rugs that have been cut, altered, or installed

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@therugland.com with your order number
  2. We will provide you with return shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at contact@therugland.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, if the order has already been processed or shipped, standard return procedures will apply.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
